Gustavo, a mulher dele é sintezóide também, assim como os filhos. A Wanda não aparece, mas dá a entender que a mulher do Visão têm os padrões de pensamento dela, assim como o Visão tem os do Simon.

Lendo Iron Man 3 do Bendis hoje (fazia tempo que eu não ria tanto com uma HQ) e cheguei à seguinte teoria sobre o fim de Secret Wars:

Em Ironman o Doom aparece vivo e com o rosto corrigido. Fiquei pensando que no inevitável embate final entra ele e o Richards, o Reed vence e ele toma para si o poder de Deus do Doom e refaz o universo Marvel, de uma forma estável. Como contribuição ao Doom ele o devolve, agora com seu rosto.

Mas e o Reed? O Reed seria nada menos do que o Deus desse novo universo. O criador. Mas ao contrário do Doom, ele resolve se retirar de sua criação, como o Doom disse que deveria ter feito na saga. E a Sue, Franklin e Val iriam com ele.

Entrevista do CBR com Hickman e Brevoort em que eles falam dos atrasos de Secret Wars. Aparentemente a edição 7 teria 45 páginas e por isso foi dividida em duas, já que o Ribic não estava dando conta.

CBR: There was a lot of action in "Secret Wars" #7 and all of it was done beautifully by artist Esad Ribic and colorist Ive Svorcina. Esad has been fantastic on all of these issues and I'm a firm believer of good things come to those who wait, but has there been any discussion about bringing in another artist to speed things up and help him complete the series?

Brevoort: There's constant talk about whether or not we should bring in other artists. If you look on the Internet there's nothing but conversation about that, and we've had some internally as well.

Let's call the thing what it is. This is not by any stretch of the imagination an ideal situation. This is not what was planned for. This is not the way we thought or hoped things would work out, but given all of that, as in every case where we run into a problem, we're looking at it and we're trying to make the best decision not just for right this second, but also for further down the line. What serves us? What serves the story? What serves the creators? What serves Marvel best in the long run?

And so far, having Esad be there and being able to do the entirety of the series, and for it to have the shape, scope and look that Jonathan had planned for it for now three or four years seemed like a better end strategy than bringing in some of the other excellent artists we have. They would not be Esad and they'd chop this thing up a little bit just to get it done more quickly. We've been struggling and striving not to have to do that because that effects everything. That affects the eventual collected edition with all those pages that will be in a different order, as Jonathan was talking about a few seconds ago. [Laughs] It also affects how the series is perceived and remembered into the future.

So we're getting down to the final nittty-gritty here and hopefully we'll be able to hold that line all the way until the end and the book will be what it was supposed to be. Plus, like you said good things come to those who wait.

Na edição #01 de Ultimates (bem bacaninha por sinal) é dito que as pessoas não se lembram exatamente o que aconteceu durante a Secret War, no melhor estilo Crise nas Infinitas Terras. Mas em Capitão América a Maria Hill fala abertamente à imprensa das Incursões.

Também saiu ANAD Avengers, divertidinho, mas nada de espetacular por enquanto. Só a backstory com a Khamala e o Nova que foi bem divertida.

Quarteto será quase fundamental no desfecho de Secret Wars...

Dá para entender os novos títulos da Marvel sem saber o desfecho de Secret Wars?

Todos eles se passam 8 meses depois de Guerra Secreta e o que aconteceu durante esse período ainda é um mistério, mas todas as séries estão iniciando do zero e até agora me pareceu que qualquer uma delas pode ser lida sem nenhum conhecimento seja de SW seja das séries anteriores.

Bom saber.

Ainda bem, estou pensando em ler Secret Wars e alguns títulos depois.

E eu de ler só os títulos conforme forem saindo.

Homenagem a essa aqui?

Se arrastou demais, fruto de uma história ainda mais longa e um tanto complexa que precedeu a saga. Nem a Marvel deve ter acreditado muito no sucesso e por isso adiantou as novas séries. O foda é que muita coisa antiga ficou sem resposta, muita coisa pendente e de repente, "vamos recomeçar tudo, apaga o que passou antes."
Eu não faço idéia do que aconteceu nesse planejamento, mas com certeza foi algo que não deu lá muito certo.
